This Hole in the Wall in Bangalore is definitely unmissable for lazy foodies like me. Despite living in Bangalore for several months now, I visited The Hole in the Wall in Kormangala for the first time last week and was surprised to see a long queue, waiting in the sun at 3 p.m. on a Sunday.

What was more surprising was that we joined the queue but I will not complain thanks to the hippy decor and sight of chocolate pancakes being served on a table.

I was on the verge of dream biting them when the waiting staff told us that a table was now available. Since we all knew which eggs we liked (I like them baked), we ordered them in no time though a plethora of choices did get us confused. Despite being crowded, the best part was the cafe’s speedy service with every dish well prepared. A tangy Peach and Basil Lemonade was perfectly suitable for a hot summer afternoon right before digging in a sinful dessert.

If you are at The Hole in the Wall, there is no way you should leave without indulging in the fluffy melt-in-the-mouth Triple Choc Pancakes! If there are a few sins forgiven in the world of gluttony, trying these pancakes has to be one.
